The townsite of Jurien is the largest along this stretch of the coast and is very popular as a holiday, tourist and fishing destination. It is situated 266kms north of Perth via the Brand Highway, which is a leisurely three hour drive. Jurien is the home port for a large rock lobster fishing fleet.
